Sims 2 objects Info:

New objects for The Sims 2 are currently in Beta stage. They run safely in The Sims 2, but you should use them at your own risk. Recolored objects will require you to download and install the CEP – Colour Options Enabler that can be found here:

All Sims 2 objects in this site are compatible with University and Nightlife, althought I always try to use Sims 2 basic game objects as a base clone, but sometimes they are based on objects from an expanssion pack to include the animations and actions associated to the object.

If you have problems with my meshes or textures you can write me here: Marina’s Sims email . Please provide the name of the object / texture that is not working and a description of the problem.

Downloads:

My files for Sims 2 are now compresed in RAR format. It has a good ratio compression for Sims 2 files.

There are a lot of programs that support this compression format. The most known is Winrar and for Mac users Stuffit. Using your favourite web browser you will find many links to those programs.

There is also 7-Zip, a free software distributed under the GNU LGPL that can be downloaded here: 7-Zip

Policy on using my objects for Sims 2

Can I recolor your objects?

Yes, you can recolor or retexture my meshes, but you may not offer my original objects for download. You need to put a link back to Marina’s Sims for other people to get the original object and to be able to use your new recolors.

Your recolors cann’t be offered as donation or pay items or in whatever monetary transaction, unless you allow to recolor your new objects / meshes.

Can I clone your objects?

No, unless you have my permission.

I made a lovely house that I want to share, Can I add your files to the house fot its distribution?

Yes, but only if the distribution of your house is Free.

Let me know if you made a recolor, I love to download it myself too.
